Cancellation Policy

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of when the purchase is made. Due to this, it can be very difficult to cancel an order, as the manufacturer has already started processing on their end. In the case you would like to cancel, you will need to email returns@david-meyer.com and request a cancellation. All cancellations will be refunded as store credit. If you would like to get a refund via your original payment method there will be a 10% cancellation fee.

If a chargeback is received for an item that cannot be cancelled, there will be a 50% fee applied to the return amount. This fee is non-negotiable and covers processing and handling costs. Additionally, if a free item is received with the order, its value will be deducted from the refund amount in case of a return.

Please note that issuing a chargeback will result in being listed on our website’s blacklist. Customers on this list will have all future orders declined and not fulfilled.
